We enjoyed our stay here, the staff were excellent and very welcoming to us. The room was good and the bed very comfortable with an excellent bathroom. The hotel needs some attention in some areas like door handles and locks, the wi fi for us was awful which was frustrating but still a great place to stay, peaceful and pleasant, we would stay again.

“A good road-side option”

This a motel style hotel, ideal for a one night stay, if you are travelling by car and want to stop for a rest or if you arrive at Neuquén airport (just a few kilometers away) late afternoon, as we did. The rooms ar comfortable, the bathroom is big and has all the needed amenities, the king-size beds are good, the linen and towels first class quality. The mineral water bottles in the mini-bar are free for consumption, no charge. They have a restaurant for dining which is open from Monday to Saturday so if you arrive on a Sunday, you have to look for other arrangements for dinner. The buffet breakfast is correct, with ham, cheese, good fruit juice, different jams, a toast selection, yoghurts and fruits, a reasonably good coffee. The staff is very friendly check-out was made in 2 minutes.

We really do not understand why this place had such negative reviews. We reserved ahead of time as it was a busy time of year for travelers and emailed them in the morning to say we would be a little late to check in. We had reserved a classic superior room with a king size bed. We were given room number 16. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a large safe, good towels and linen and direct TV. When we were shown the room she indicated that the WIFI worked much better in the reception area but really we had no issue with it in the room despite being a “concrete bunker” as previously described. It was 32 degrees out when we arrived and the room was not that hot. We turned on the air conditioner and it kept the room quite cool all night. We did not have dinner in the restaurant as we had a lunch at a winery but breakfast in the morning was decent with yogurt, fruit, pastries and toast. This is an excellent place to stop of a night if you are travelling through.

“Roadside Hotel”

Lovely staff very friendly and helpful. Edge of big town by the airport on a busy main road...quite noisy. Good quality lodge style room, everything works and very comfy bed. Breakfast ideal. Public rooms better than the bedroom. Great for a nightstop ..not more.
