“Unusual accommodation for Greek Studio”

Stayed here for 3 nights in September 2013, having flown into Kos with the intention of exploring other islands of the Dodecanese. Found the accommodation to be very clean and the owner accommodating, allowing us to use a large outside table to eat at, as we had friends staying in the same accommodation. The studios are unusual in that each one has 3 levels, an entrance hall with a comfortable seating area, a mezzanine bedroom with a balcony and a basement level where the kitchen and bathroom were located. This gave the impression of having plenty of space. The studios were adequately equipped and though on the edge of the village the location was still fine as it was only a short walk to the beach or the village centre. The studios were certainly good value for money.

We was in apartment around the back near banana beach. Room was lovely but bathroom was awful and smelt unpleasant! Needs updating. Ppl slamming the front door all night and chatting loudly in the corridor early hours of the morning did not sleep well at all. Good for a place to sleep, but pool is … more

We was in apartment around the back near banana beach. Room was lovely but bathroom was awful and smelt unpleasant! Needs updating. Ppl slamming the front door all night and chatting loudly in the corridor early hours of the morning did not sleep well at all. Good for a place to sleep, but pool is right round the other side so have to walk down a road to get to . Owner was lovely helpful and friendly couldn't help enough with any requests even put a sign on front doors to stop the slamming.
