“Exceeded expectations”
Very easy to book online & to use points. Very efficient & accommodating front desk staff. (I requested a ground floor room which was provided). Well-appointed room. Comfortable bed & pillows. Great amenities. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.

“Reasonable stay”
Comfortable bed; tiny bathroom which is showing its age; clean and reasonably quiet (we asked for a quiet room and got one) Minor complaint- when the neighbours ran water overnight it sounded like a freight train in our room. “Holiday stay”
Good price for rooms with AARP, clean room but carpet smelled old , staff was great willing to help with extra supplies and blankets , it is right off highway so some traffic noise

“Unexpected stay”
I had some unexpected issues come up and had to stop over in Cottage Grove by myself and felt very comfortable on the grounds and in the hotel. It is very well insulated from the busy outside intersection. There are several food and beverage options in walking distance.

“Overpriced for average ”
The hotel is average, a comfortable bed. Small bathroom, with the light switch being on the outside. Clean and satisfactory. But the price for this location and size of rooms Very overpriced!!! Would probably not stay here again and look for something in Eugene more affordable.
