“Outstanding location 2 min to ski slopes”

We were visiting the hotel for the third year. So it's time to reccommend the place. There is a free parking in front of the hotel as well as underground for 5 Eur a day. The rooms are very good equiped with a little bit old but nice furniture. The atmosphere in the hotel is very friendly and the hotel staff is extremelly polite. We were at a room with nice view to the forest. The spa at the hotel is small so we were going there. The breakfast, food and beverages at the restorand are very good. To finalize it is a three star hotel which can cover your expectation price/quality for sure. And last but not least the ski slops at "Studenets" are just on 2 min away. Actually you will not need a car for your stay at Laplandia.

“Good Aparthotel, close to ski slopes”

This is our first stay in Laplandia. We stayed in one-bedroom apartment for 4 nights and overall we liked the hotel. This is our first stay in Laplandia. We stayed in one-bedroom apartment for 4 nights and overall we liked the hotel. The apartment was excellent - clean, well furnished, with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, warm and not too hot with constant hot water. The best advantage is that it is close to the main ski slopes at Studenets-2, just 5 minute walk. For us a disadvantage was that there is no entertainment for the children. We did not use the spa facilities because there were all paid which is also a disadvantage considering the price for the apartment. There isn't a nice reception area where you can sit, drink coffee, check your e-mail, for example. The restaurant is not bad, very friendly personnel, but it is a bit expensive for Bulgarians. Food was OK.

We had a 3 bedroom room. They are very spacious. The decor is very dated and run down. The cleanliness was good generally but the bedding was stained. Enough kitchen equipment to get by. The water was scalding hot. Breakfast was a good spread of continental food, however one morning the bread seemed mouldy. The hot food wasn’t hot. Dinner in the restaurant was basic but cheap. The restaurant only take cash so make sure you have enough. The steam room and sauna is available for 20 lev but we didn’t use this facility. The slopes are in walking distance. If you wanted to do anything else other than skiing you would need transport.
