Very large higher end hotel with beautiful view of harbor. Staff is accommodating and friendly. We did not dine in the restaurant but did have room service a few nights. The meal options were limited for room service but delicious with top notch dessert selections and very reasonable prices for all. We had free buffet breakfast each morning with a large selection to suit most everyone. Laundry service is available but a bit pricey. We stayed on the 8th floor - Deluxe Room with full sea view with terrace. Having the open walk out terrace was terrace was absolutely wonderful. We spent many hours sitting outside enjoying wine and watching the sailboats in the harbor. The shower was hot and steamy and bathroom amenities were plentiful. There is also a jetted tub. There is a mini fridge but no microwave and robes are available in the room. Limited space for open luggage storage tho. Wish they would have luggage racks available to use. The gym is open 24 hours (I think) and has a variety of equipment. With shower facilities and great view. We wanted to visit the spa but it was completely booked, recommend making reservation well ahead of your stay. Easy 15 min walk to city fountain & shopping but there are many steps from hotel up to the road for those who have issue with steps, they were low and easy to climb tho. Recommend this stay to those looking for higher end service for reasonable price and long list of available amenities.

“Hit and miss”

This is a huge hotel spread over several floors. The reception is on floor 6 and most of the rooms are below this. This is a huge hotel spread over several floors. The reception is on floor 6 and most of the rooms are below this. Some of the rooms are quite dark (if they give you a room on the 1st floor it will likely be quite dark, either North facing or South facing and behind a huge wall.) As most of the rooms are below reception, to get out you either have to go up several floors to the 6th floor or down to the first which is basically sea level. It is a little weird. The public areas are beautiful, reminiscent of a large cruise liner and the views from the breakfast room are stunning but breakfast itself was a bit of a disappointment. We were there 4 nights and the hot food was tepid every single day. Staff are stressed and relatively disinterested. Pastries were stale every day and the coffee tasted like instant coffee. The room sizes are quite large which is good and have balconies. If you get a room 6th floor or above you will be ok and it will be light. The location is quite good but you have to go up a LOT of steps to get to street level. There is a good shuttle which goes every 20 minutes which takes you up the hill. Often saw many queues at reception and our check in took quite long.
