The hotel is set in a beautiful spot overlooking the bay and the sea with breath-taking views. All the personnel, staff and managers, are very nice and helpful - to mane a few Ramazan, Leyla, Yusuf at the front desk and Sinan, Yasin, Assan at the restaurant and Zinar at the Spa. They were genuinely ready to help and meet my needs during the whole stay - their professionalism made a big impression and I will be definitely going back. The guests were also very nice and from many part of the world. The pool area is very big and the beach bar by the sea is fantastic to relax during the day. I liked the omelette made on order at the breakfast and the gentleman doing them was very kind to go around the tables and ask if we wanted one. Strong and real coffee with fresh orange juice would be nice. Also during the day especially at the beach bar fresh 'nar' juice would be a big plus - considering there are plenty pomegranate orchards in the surrounding area! The food can be a bit repetitive if you stay more than a week or two but it was nicely presented (especially the salads) and freshly prepared (cooked food). If you want sirloin steaks and grilled gambas then you need to pay more and go to the Hilton maybe.

The hotel looks amazing and the views were fantastic from the outside bar and we did have a lovely relaxing holiday and didn’t expect too much after reading other reviews, but a few tweaks here and there could just make that little difference. Some of the staff were very helpful and great others seemed too busy on their phones the majority of the time we were there. Helpful if female young. There’s no entertainment at the hotel apart from one night( but missed most of it as didn’t know what time it started as no info ) which we knew and was fine abut as not into shows and stuff. The room when we arrived we had a few issues with ( the safe didn’t work and we wasn’t expecting to make our own bed especially after we were delayed) but they were easily fixed after chatting to the hotel reception. The balcony isn’t massive at all and we only used it to dry washing ( nice handy airer thing attached to the wall) and I nearly got the door stuck opening it as there’s a knack to opening and closing it, soon got the hang of it. The house keeping staff do an amazing job and everything was spotless and things changed regular. The food at breakfast sometimes I thought a bit strange as I didn’t expect to find onion rings and chips, and couldn’t find just plain onion at the salad section ( to make a cheese and onion toastie) thought there might have been yogurt and a few other choices but saying that they did have the usual that’s offered at most hotels … omelette, cereal, few bits of fresh fruit, salad and cheeses (though all tasted the same to me), I even joked with my partner that this might be the first all inclusive I go home lighter than I was arriving. But saying that I didn’t starve and found things to eat and seeing as things were cheap on the strip we ate out a couple of nights too just for a change. I did miss tonic to go with gin, but staff with knock up cocktails for you that were quite nice, The free shuttle bus was nice of the hotel to put on, didn’t need to book and just catch one back when ready ( the last one was always mental and rammed), lovely beach to stroll along and there was plenty to drink all day and food to eat, take your towels from the hotel for your lounges down at the beach. But for the price we paid for the package we can’t really grumble at all and overall had a lovely holiday with no trouble
