“COLD BREAKFAST that should have been hot!”
The room was very clean & spacious. Staff was friendly. The reason for a 3 rating is breakfast was not a full typical Holiday Inn Express breakfast. No pancake machine. The food (eggs, meat, biscuits & gravy) were stone cold!!!!! There was not the option of heating them up in the microwave. Not acc… more
