You honestly couldn’t choose a better location, this place is in the center of the center of the old city, bang in the middle of the road that has the famous sunday walking street market which is really handy for tired feet and dropping off shopping. The whole hotel is beautiful and the staff are incredibly helpful. Water is included, for our stay we were also comped 2 mini bar drinks each day. They have lovely free cultural events each day in the afternoon. We had a pool access room which was massive and the bed was enormous. Super king, maybe larger. Incredibly comfy. Aircon was on point. Some people have complained about the breakfast but I honestly don’t know what more you’d expect from a hotel. Fruit, continental, cooked breakfast options, as much as you want, pastries. Each day they have a different health juice drink and a different health smoothie. The only minor points, the pool of the pool access is only 80cm tall so don’t expect a plunge pool but it’s still lovely to cool off. We had a nasty smell in the bathroom at varying points in the day but I also smelt this outside occasionally so I imagine this is replicated in other hotels and not much anyone can do. It didn’t spoil our stay we just kept the bathroom door closed when needed.

Tables are not clean, ants everywhere, even crawling inside the welcome snack, dirty marks on tables. There's still ants around after changing to a room with deep cleaning. It's nice that the hotel is organizing some activities, would be helpful if staff can mention it or provide some written information during check in. Hard to walk around in hotels, lots of steps and hazard, big gap in entrance is dangerous, especially if you are carrying luggage. stairs are steep at spa. Should have mentioned accessibility problem during reservation, so people are aware. Soaps used to be something pleasant. Now they have bad smell. Receptionist promised to make reservation with restaurant, but never got back to us. Loved your pillow program, but didn't know that until I found that on your website. More like a self exploration. My husband got cut by shower head. Hair dryer was sticky. Had to sanitize it before use. No luggage rack in room. Need to keep reentering wifi password, very annoying Sofa chair is leaning. Watermelon at breakfast was sour. Bicycles are dirty and not tuned Water pump beside our room is very noisy, especially at night Not enough beach chair around swimming pool The reason why we chose U again was because we were impressed by our stay with U Sathorn. But now I am not sure whether I will choose U Hotels again. Never had that many problems with a hotel we stayed.

We had a two night stay here. Good service and a comfortable room. Provacy was an issue as you could see into our ground floor room from reception. This also meant the pool access we had from our room wasn't very appealing, so we were unable to make use of it. Restaurant was ok for breakfast, but quite basic and not very enjoyable. Bar is uncomrtable and has no atmosphere, so thankfully there are many alternative venues nearby.
