We loved staying in our beautiful and spacious room which had a big bathroom, a separate toilet with sink and a (small, two persons) sauna. I would have preferred a simple shower over the shower in a bathtub construction, because to me this is way more convenient. But I understand some people love taking a bath. The room was equipped with all the amenities you would expect. There was even a big sofa to relax on. But the highlight of the room was definitely the two person sauna. A great way to relax. I enjoyed the fact that you received a voucher for a free drink if you indicated that the cleaning staff didn't need to clean your room in the morning. A nice gesture for the environment! The hotel breakfast was great. Lots of different options to choose from. Of course I went for a full English breakfast, which was very good. Loved the smoked salmon and the goat cheese also! The buffet really had something for everyone. There were also plenty of sweet food options and glutenfree and dairy free options. We consumed our vouchers in the hotel bar, a stylish place, but the white wine was kind of mediocre. Of course the boys went for a glass of beer. When in Brussels...

“Great family stay”

Great stay in the Thon Stephanie hotel, when we arrived we were greated with two coffees and two bottle waters free, our room was not ready so we dropped our bags at reception, hotel is close to a great shopping area of Louise, it’s close to the orange and blue metro lines, it’s about 30 minute walk from grand place. Didn’t take breakfast as we decided to eat at local cafes, also there are two carrefour express within 400meters to pick up bits for the kids, We had a superior family room, great size, super king bed, extra large sofa bed, loads of storage wardrobes, Nespresso machine, mini fridge, big bathroom, Overall great stay no complaints.

Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie is in a super convenient location to tour Brussels, within walking distance of many of the city's top sights. It is near Louise metro station, with easy connections to the Eurostar terminal. We were made to feel very welcome from the start, being offered a slice of complimentary cake by friendly reception staff upon checking in. The hotel felt secure, with key cards required to access lifts and a safe in the room. Our bedroom was very clean and spacious as we were upgraded to a family room - which had a large bed, sofa, coffee table and dining table. We had a toilet room separate to the bathroom too. There were plenty of amenities including tea, a Nespresso coffee machine, mini fridge and an iron. The TV had mirroring, so we could play shows from a mobile phone. After checking out, our bags were kept safe at reception and we were given some helpful travel advice. Our stay here was really lovely and we enjoyed exploring Brussels.
