We stayed one night at the hotel and the experience was excellent. The room is very comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The most surprising thing was the bar, we decided have dinner there and the food was AMAZING. We expected not that high quality, but was really good. The waitress were so efficient and friendly. I would repit again.

The Hotel was very clean and neat. We had an easy and happy check in. We arrived late and could not eat at the Hotel as they had no place for us if we had a dog. The Hotel was very clean and neat. We had an easy and happy check in. We arrived late and could not eat at the Hotel as they had no place for us if we had a dog. That comes with the turf so is not a complaint but an expectation. We walked until we found a place to have dinner. The bed was compfortable and the shower excellent. We did not have breakfast at the Hotel. The check out was fine and I therefore cannot comment on service. Would I go back to this Hotel - Yes! I would like tol spend a day or two in the area.

Stayed here on a road trip from Calpe to Roscoff ( caused because of the continuing cancellation of the Brittany Ferries Santander to Plymouth service). We arrived at the hotel at about 7 pm. The location, on an industrial estate, was not quite what we imagined, however the hotel is modern. There had been a mix up in the booking caused by language difficulties but this was quickly resolved on arrival despite our not speaking much Spanish and no one in the hotel speaking English that evening. We had pleasant modern rooms which were bright and clean. The bathroom had a good powerful shower over the bath. Hot water was plentiful. For my taste, the bed was too hard but I appreciate that is a personal view. Pillows were good. There was a large dining room which was closed on the evening we were there, so we ate in the bar/dining room which was busy with many locals. There were 2 fixed menus - one at €11 and one €22. There was also an a la carte section. We chose the €11 menu which had a choice of 3 started and 3 mains. Mine was a fresh salad starter and veal with mushrooms and fries. Well cooked and tasty. The price also included a bottle of good local wine and bread! - what value! Service was prompt and friendly. Breakfast was in the main dining room and was a comprehensive buffet - not at all the usual Spanish offering! Because of the booking confusion, we were not charged for breakfast! There was ample outside parking which free and underground secure parking which was chargeable. I would certainly use this hotel again.
