From the moment you step in you are greeted like a dear family member and welcomed with a smile. The staff are very friendly and attentive and go out of their way to be helpful and kind without begging for tips. We tipped the people who gave us exceptional service and they were most grateful. Our Room was lovely and the room boy was so helpful and kept checking to see if we needed anything or if we were happy with the room. The room had all you needed including fresh towels toiletries, fridge, kettle, hairdryer etc. We had a room in a quiet block which suited us perfectly we emailed in advance and this was very easy and got replies quickly. Bar service around pool was fantastic as were towel guys who would put your towel down and if you wanted a mattress they would bring you one although the sun beds didn't require them it was a nice touch. There are lots of toilets around the 3 hotels all in excellent condition and regually attended. Only once did I find no hand towels in a dispenser but the second one had them and also had dryer available. Food was very good visited both international and the Italian. Simple choice menu but food was very nice and tasty. We preferred to eat in Soprano buffet as we were sat around the pool there near white bar. You can use all 3 hotels facilities. Feel free to explore. We were still finding new things after 4/5 days. There are lots of activities like gym. Running track. 8 Lane swimming pool. Paddle and tennis courts. You can hire cycles. One area that could be better is making sure the entertainment boards are up to date so guests can attend the various programmes. We stumbled upon a quiz and also live singers in the concerto bar by accident. I'd love to see more people enjoying the entertainment it just needs the animation team to update the notice boards. Animation team were always busy and trying to get people to join in. We spent a little time at the beach over the road at the sister hotel. Shuttle bus goes or you can walk. Bar and food station over there also for guests of aqua blue/vista/park. Aqua Park on site with lots of slides and also 3 kids pools with slides and splash toys. Some pools are heated so you don't have to worry about taking a dip. Had a lovely holiday and would return and visit soon.

The hotel's service is excellent, with friendly and professional staff who are always eager to help, making guests feel warmly welcomed. There are several restaurants offering all-day dining. It would be perfect if there were more variety. The amenities, including aqua park, picturesque pools, pickle ball courts, running track, promised a perfect retreat for leisure travelers seeking comfort and rejuvenation.

The hotel itself was lovely, extremely clean and the staff very helpful, lots of choice for swimming pools and never without a place to sit in the sun. The waterpark is good also with slides for both adults and kids. The food was average, not much choice in the buffet restaurants and often chose to go to the local mall instead to eat because of the lack of choice. Pizza and pasta bar good but if not really a dine around experience like most hotels. The Asian restaurant was the better choice out of the buffets. One recommendation is to avoid the vodka at all costs. We attempted to order vodka on multiple occasions and I’m not sure what they served but this tasted more like ouzo than vodka which was awful. As someone who normally opts for a vodka and coke it wasn’t great and also meant I was limited cocktails wise having to opt for whisky or rum instead. Don’t expect any premium rate drinks at the hotel but other than this the service was good. Probably wouldn’t choose to go back as there are much nicer hotels available but for a last minute booking, booked four days before it was good value for money. The beach is not at the hotel and you get a 5 minute shuttle over to this, the beach is not of good quality as the pickalbatros beach hotel have the access to the nice bit and aqua vista have access to the manufactured bit, although service at the beach is good.
