“Lovely hotel on beautiful grounds”

It’s our 2nd time at this wonderful hotel. Beautiful hotel and lovely staff who are so attentive making your holiday very special. Rooms are lovely and clean. Food was always fresh with a big selection. Really looking forward going back again next year.

Excellent service from everyone especially from samir very professional and helpful always around to help if you need something and nothing is too much trouble. This is a beautiful hotel housekeeping is excellent. Also waiters and barstaff are very kind and helpful.

The Staff are the Kindest Most Helpful and friendly and attentive in any TUI Hotel I’ve been to. The hotel is lovely and Clean and the Facilities with the Gym and Pool are excellent. It’s a perfect location to relax. The Food is amazing and fresh and is a stable Of Fresh Salads Morrocon Tangines ,excellent selection of Cold and Hot Meats and Veg and the usual pastas pizzas etc. I tended to go for the morrocan dishes as very healthy and filling . This is our third time at this hotel and the Standards and quality have remained high. It’s set away from the centre of Marrakech however has minibuses and taxis to get you there. It’s nice to be out of the centre for the tranquility and beautiful Gardens to relax.

My accommodation was overlooking the pool which is quite far from the entertainment but the noise travels, far too loud and a nightclub style environment not entertainment as advertised. Nestled in a tranquil grounds but spoilt by TUI! My accommodation was overlooking the pool which is quite far from the entertainment but the noise travels, far too loud and a nightclub style environment not entertainment as advertised. Thank God it stops at 11pm but then of course you get the drunk holiday makers stumbling back to their rooms and making a racket. There’s no quiet areas not in reception, not in my balcony and certainly not in my room. The activities are lacking so there isn’t a lot to do. A couple joined the cocktail making class and the lovely barman incorporated them but the tui staff member seemed inconsiderate and annoyed that the newcomers were non alcoholics! No welcome from the Tui entertainment team you only see them eating and with a drink in their hand at night & socialising with one another rather than with guests. The spa receptionist is extremely unfriendly and not welcoming at all! I watched as she spoke ill of guests and upset prospective clients. This needs to be addressed! Although the prices are advertised in a booklet I know they did buy X amount get 1 free for a holidaymaker yet deny they have this offer. The general manager of the hotel walks around but never greets the guests. The hotel itself is beautiful and mostly the staff are lovely. The porter will expect a tip if he carries your bags.. The room is ok but it’s extremely loud. There’s no consistency when the cleaner cleans (am /pm) or when she’s in the room (she’s seen in the rooms more than once a day (putting toilet rolls that don’t need replenishing or coming back with a bar of soap). They also talk loudly among themselves) it doesn’t feel safe to me. You walk outside to get to the rooms but the doors in between are open so they do get cold. The lunch time restaurant doesn’t ooze 4* it’s more like a kids holiday camp (including the pizza and chips). Not kept clean and there’s bees by the drinks station. All you can hear is banging of plates and so not a relaxing environment. The food isn’t labelled and certainly no allergens are noted. The hotel grounds are lovely but as I say it’s been messed up by TUI. I’m aware of an incident on my floor where security was called but they don’t seem to issue warnings and they don’t walk around enough at night. Overall I didn’t feel safe and I won’t return. The bus is a good idea but it’s a walk to the medina and for this reason I’m not impressed! Sunbed hoggers are real and the staff don’t say anything! The food is repetitive and for the vegetarians it’s the exact same Moroccan menu each evening (with not one single change!.. cauliflower tagline, black lentils, veg tagline and chickpea tagine!) salads mostly had one vegetarian item. Pizza and pasta is for kids and not for an adult palette.. Finally I have been sick this trip and I can only put this down to allergies & a proper clean of my room. There’s also a problem with wild cats which doesn’t help my allergies unfortunately! Holiday makers insist on feeding them and cuddling them so they have no reason to leave.
