“Sweet little spot in a great location”

This is a charming little resort with close proximity to the beach and to downtown. The room was clean and quiet. They offer a simple continental breakfast and a nice little main lounge area. Friendly staff and owner.

Beautiful grounds included covered outdoor area for breakfast and a good place for guests to gather and chat, read and play games like the included dominoes. Great value.

It's an interesting place, nothing like a typical hotel. There are small lovely houses in a big garden. The rooms could be cleaner but they were quite okay. It's an interesting place, nothing like a typical hotel. There are small lovely houses in a big garden. The rooms could be cleaner but they were quite okay. There's no AC, only a ceiling fan which wasn't too bad, but it did seem like it's not attached to the ceiling very well. The host is a nice guy and he gave me and my friends some good recommendations.

We booked three rooms for one night. The price more than doubled with taxes and fees, although still not expensive. Cash only, they don't take credit cards. We booked three rooms for one night. The price more than doubled with taxes and fees, although still not expensive. Cash only, they don't take credit cards. The property is charming with great plantings. The rooms are well worn and in need of deep cleaning. Clean sheets over a bare mattress, stains on the bathroom door and walls, baseboards that desperately need to be cleaned or painted, and a rusting ceiling fan that made enough noise to drown out the alley. Breakfast was very pleasant, fresh fruit and bread with coffee. WiFi signal and speed were sketchy at best. This is a good option on a budget but don't bring anyone who is picky about their accommodations.
