“Better food, better rooms”
There’s been a positive upgrade in the entire hotel. The food was better, the service was not as strange and erratic as in the past. For the cost and star ratings of this trip, it’s a very good deal. “Beautiful but too far from Holguin airport”
I was only there 1 night because no power but that is the entire area so not hotels fault. They did their best in the I night I was there. An unseen employee held my hand through the darkness and guided me to my room which was steps from the beach. I slept in the most comfortable bed much better… more
