One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in the staff are amazing the room was always clean food was delicious first time in Turkey won't be the last there was nothing like staff won't do for you the overall experience was fabulous thank you oren for everything

“Humiliated and disappointed with staff”

On arrival the room is clearly in the process of getting updated, which will be lovely when complete. As I travel to Turkey regularly and stay other places, I did feel some pressure to eat in the apt restaurant and drink there. I don't go on holiday to be pressured by staff and then treated very unfairly when I reported a guest for her disgusting behaviour. She was on the balcony on 2 separate nude. I reported this and nothing was done about it. I've now started a complaint with jet 2. Up until this happened I was really enjoying my time, I was also accused of being a jet 2 spy as people were asking me where I get buggy etc, and I was telling them. I even got one for the couple I reported and took them around the area too, before they started. When we left not one member of the staff approached me or my partner to say goodbye or help with luggage. Instead they all hid In the kitchen area and watch us leave. I felt very humiliated with the whole experience and no o would never return here.

“Very rude member of staff”

The hotel and amenities were fine. The rooms were cleaned every day. Had no trouble with the hotel, but 1 member of staff was rude and not apologetic. We hired a scooter from a local vendor and parked it outside the hotel. The next day, when we went to use it, the member of staff was hosing the fro… more

The hotel and amenities were fine. The rooms were cleaned every day. Had no trouble with the hotel, but 1 member of staff was rude and not apologetic. We hired a scooter from a local vendor and parked it outside the hotel. The next day, when we went to use it, the member of staff was hosing the front down and soaking the electric scooter. We questioned the member of staff who was very rude to us and did not try to help. Someone else turned off the hose at this point he dropped the hose ran and turned it back on the hose was so powerful it started to swing around and soaked me. There was still no apology or remorse. Once changed and dried the scooter we the went out 30 minutes late after a few minutes the scooter stopped so we contacted the vendor who kindly brought us another scooter. A few nights later, the same staff member was shouting and arguing with another customer. It got so bad the police were called. So for this reason only we will no longer be staying here.
