“Good place ”

Stairs up to appartment 25 to each floor. but the apartments great got everything you need. Internet ok Could do with a British channel on the TV but apart from the tv everything is fine. Would go back again

The apartment was warm and cosy and a great base for all sight seeing. 2 mins walk to main old square, 15 min walk to Jewish quarter and a convenience store Is just across the road for provisions. The apartment was warm and cosy and a great base for all sight seeing. 2 mins walk to main old square, 15 min walk to Jewish quarter and a convenience store Is just across the road for provisions. Excellent restaurants and bars on the doorstep.Very very clean. One or two things would make the apartment on slawkowska st perfect, (a full length mirror somewhere in the apartment, a plug or washing up bowl in the kitchenette, hanging rails in the bedrooms, better wifi) very minor things which did not impact hugely on our stay We would definately book this 2nd floor apartment again

We arrived and found the reception with no problem. The member of staff we dealt with was friendly and helpful giving directions to the apartment. Apartment is well appointed with small supermarket a few doors down. Apartment was spacious for 4 and had all we needed for a few days. BUT, although deco was good it was not clean. The floor was wilthy and the where ace needed a good Hoover. Thick dust around the edges particularly back of bed and furniture. Hair and what looked like sick fluff all over the floor including in the bathroom. The bathroom needed a deep clean especially the shower area. The bedding and towels were well used and could do with changing. The sheets didn't fit the bed properly so kept coming off. Not enough pillows on the beds. No instruction of where to put full bin bags so had to keep them in the apartment! Those negatives are such a shame as apartment could be great if clean etc. Great stay in Krakow all the same, just felt uncomfortable due to cleanliness.
