“Good service and luxurious”
Stayed here for 2 nights. The service is good and the rooms are fine with a very spacious bathroom. The bath is a little small, but the shower is massive. The bed was very comfortable! We only had continental breakfast here. This was just as expected. Similar to every other hotel.

“Great stay”
Loved the room decoration, comfortable bed and attitude of the staff. Plenty of space and accessible to the centre of town and great restaurants. Bar service was excellent - not pretentious, friendly and efficient and good selection to choose from.

“excellent hotel”
My wife and I were surprised at the accommodation we were very impressed with it and will recommend the hotel to all our friends if they are ever in Wellington. It is situated in an ideal location near the city museum which is also worth a visit.

“Terrible mattress”
Great location. Very cool property. Good service. But the mattress was terrible in room 405. Not just a little terrible but uncomfortably old and warn out with a severe slope towards the floor. Totally unacceptable, even for a “Motel 8”!!!

“Looked flash but actually old and dirty”
First impressions were it was a fairly flash and unique hotel. The bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the spa pool but to our disgust the toilet in our room was still dirty, somebody's poo on the seat, and the air con was noisy and old.
