“Great customer service”
I arrived at 1500hrs , I was booked into my room and given times for dinner and breakfast and also opportunity to have packed lunch for the following day . Had a beer in bar , then evening meal . Great food and everyone was so friendly , I’d stayed three times before and would stay again
