On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“excellent value for money”
it has a very good location - walking distance to anything you wish to visit in the city prices are very good. you can self cater - kitchen was fully equipped. the staff is very friendly. they can easily provide extra beds.

“Wonderful location”
Great location, comfortable clean apartments, convenient parking. A great base to explore everything Potes has to offer, and beyond. I can highly recommend a visit here. The traffic can get a bit heavy through the centre of town during peak time.

“A good location and nice facilities.”
The public parking is just a minute walk away if there's no parking near the hotel which is right behind the Church and the information center.
