This was our 5th stay at the Best Jacaranda. In 5 years, writing a good review. This time,the service wasn't as good. This was our 5th stay at the Best Jacaranda. In 5 years, writing a good review. This time,the service wasn't as good. We had an issue with the kettle, My wife received an electric shock due to a split in the flex. The Hotel,.where quick to respond with a replacement, which was not fit for purpose. Asked for another replacement. Eventually,this was also changed by which time we bought our own. On arrival, reception staff friendly and polite. Checked - in, the room wasn't ready. As the week went on, we found staff in all departments helpfulfriendly and polite. Nice big room,cleaned daily. Busy restaurant, with a good choice of food. Entertainment, different singers on each night. When we went to check_out,the attitude of the staff changed. Asked if we were checking out. Before I could answer, the lady said, you have bill. I agreed. She requested cash. I said card. She wasn't happy I paid by card We weren't made to feel welcome.

“Disappointed with Management”

This is a very big hotel slightly tired in places but is kept clean. We had a pool view room on 4 th floor which was very good and spacious the food was better than expected as with 1500 to 1600 guests there was a great choice every night. Location wise is very good near the main beach of Costa Ade… more

This is a very big hotel slightly tired in places but is kept clean. We had a pool view room on 4 th floor which was very good and spacious the food was better than expected as with 1500 to 1600 guests there was a great choice every night. Location wise is very good near the main beach of Costa Adele but at the good end so playa del duque beach. ( the best) is a short walk passed the 5 star hotels. Only fly in the soup’ was I had my wallet taken out of my back pocket in the hotel. Fortunately I caught the young Spanish couple and got it back. The hotel staff were not interested unless I reported it to the police which every one said would be a waste of time!! Did not spoil the holiday just wished the hotel would take security of its guest more seriously

Stayed for 7 nights for biking trip which hotel allowed us to keep in our rooms. Rooms were clean and tidy and spacious. We stayed half board the food was very average breakfast plenty of choices but quality probably the worst I had with fried food full of grease avoid the omelettes stick to cereal… more

Stayed for 7 nights for biking trip which hotel allowed us to keep in our rooms. Rooms were clean and tidy and spacious. We stayed half board the food was very average breakfast plenty of choices but quality probably the worst I had with fried food full of grease avoid the omelettes stick to cereals toast and juices evening meal again average guess you get you pay for plenty of choices quality was average stick to salads and puddings to be safe. Upon checking out the representative tried to charge me for drinks I had not ordered I produced my receipt for 1 drink she was hostile and rude eventually she charged the correct price after I stood my ground all I would say if you want cheap and cheerful that is what you will get here
