We came with very low expectations as it was a 2 night Wowcher deal but ended up being thoroughly impressed with the Flatotel. The hotel is 3 stars and though a little remote has excellent bus services to Benelmadena and Fuengirola. We tried the evening meal buffet which was pretty standard but I have to say the breakfast was delightful with a good choice of food and beautifully hosted by Maria she was very attentive. The bedroom was surprisingly large clean and comfortable with an excellent bathroom and shower and the general facilities were perfectly adequate for our short stay. “Older hotel but everything you need”

This is an older hotel, but its clean and has everything you need, the best thing about it is the staff, especially Maria, she needs a pay rise! Nothing is too much for her, and she's lovely. This is an older hotel, but its clean and has everything you need, the best thing about it is the staff, especially Maria, she needs a pay rise! Nothing is too much for her, and she's lovely. The worst thing is the location, it's a walk/ bus/car journey to get anywhere, although Yukka and Trocadero restaurant are very nearby and worth a visit

The best thing about this hotel is the staff especially Maria who could not do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible a credit to your hotel. The best thing about this hotel is the staff especially Maria who could not do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible a credit to your hotel. The hotel itself is basic and unfortunately the in hotel supermarket was shut and the nearest a little way off a good 10 mins walk.Rooms are more than adequate with plenty of room and great views.

“Could be so much better!”

Stayed here as part of a wowcher deal. Reviews were very hit and miss but went in with an open mind! Stayed here as part of a wowcher deal. Reviews were very hit and miss but went in with an open mind! We arrived very early in the day aware that we may not be able to check in but luckily there was a room ready. Receptionist was very friendly and check in was quick. The main reception area was clean and looked modern. We were given an apartment on floor 9. Once we entered the apartment we realised how dated it was. Great size but lots of damaged fixtures and needed a good revamp. Overall the hotel was in a good location for us to sightsee, there was a bus stop right outside on the main road. Didn’t use any of the facilities but the outside pool looked clean and well looked after. This hotel could definitely be better.
