3rd visit this year and again the hotel pleased Our rooms were clean and comfortable and didn’t have any problems. The staff never cease to amaze how helpful they all are and you only have to ask for something and it’s sorted Food had plenty of choice but can some times be repetitive and the restaurant staff who work very hard are always happy and amenable. The little snack bar closed during our stay and we missed this facility as the restaurant can get busy but we used to get the paninis from the pool bar and enjoyed these Drinks still require improving as often I don’t think there is any alcohol in them but this is something found in most AI hotels It would be nice to have soft drinks supplied in the fridges for room use Pools are clean and gardens are well maintained, the indoor pool closed for maintenance during our stay so never got chance to use it Unfortunately I had to use the medical service and found the doctor and nurse very professional and helpful Weather was good for this month and ideal for anyone wanting to catch some winter sun The entertainment crew were as amazing as ever, and always came round to greet people and asked if you wanted to be involved without any pressure. The whole team seem to step up and supported each other when Maddy was away. We met a new member ZiZou this time who was quite shy but throughout our time we saw him open up and found him helpful and always pleasant. A big thank you goes out to Chico, Ahmed, Mr Bean, Kati, Amigo, ZiZou and Maddy 👏 looking forward to returning soon

“Great holiday had at a Great hotel.”

Well we went to this hotel as a last minute Winter break last January and loved it so went for another two weeks this November and it was just as good. Room over looking the pool. Well we went to this hotel as a last minute Winter break last January and loved it so went for another two weeks this November and it was just as good. Room over looking the pool. Food great, and all the staff were brilliant nothing was to much trouble. All the animation team never stopped entertaining us and the shows they put on where great. As my wife. ( June ) has sight problems we always had a table in the dining room right near the food buffet and the waiter we had was brilliant and I know this might sound daft but i could never remember his name i evan wrote it down but lost it i think it began with a Z. Anyway would we go there again? Most definitely, can't make it in January or February but will definitely be there again in 2025 sometime. Ps. If anyone can tell me the waiters name I would be most thankful, I will write it down so when we see him again I will have had time to remember it.

Guest of the hotel from 2019 services Mashallah I was there in October everything is excellent restaurant room. But my visit this time for November is bad when I arrive they gave me an untidy room The covers have stains. I found the cleaning worker treating her very badly When I went down to the reception, I found who treated me with a lack of respect and replied with sarcasm and indifference. The buffet varieties are few and not like what was mentioned above in my visits. Mr. Mohsen and employees in the restaurant got drunk for good treatment and relieve pressure
