“Very nice hotel”

Friendly staff, very clean, great location and value for money. NiceTurkish breakfast each day, WiFi is good. Would highly recommend this hotel Only a 10 minute walk to main Bodrum township, small local supermarket next door.

We have an apartment in Altinkum and had promised ourselves a trip to Bodrum for several years. Finally made it in September 2012. Stayed at the Seckin Best Hotel for 3 nights and had a fantastic time. The hotel is not luxurious, but a friendly, clean, family run hotel. We had lovely breakfasts and the location was ideal, being out of the hustle and bustle of Bodrum, but a short walking distance to all places of interest. The owners are very obliging and eager to please whatever time you spend at the hotel. We are in our late 50's and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are hoping to return this summer.

“Just right for a quick stay”

We liked the look at this hotel from the outside, and were pleased with the price for the one night stay. The room was well presented, another blanket was forthcoming on request. We liked the look at this hotel from the outside, and were pleased with the price for the one night stay. The room was well presented, another blanket was forthcoming on request. The best thing was the deep bath which I enjoyed for almost 2 hours. The spa part of the bath did not work, but that was a minor set back. Information about the area was available. Breakfast was in a restaurant area, but was a little chilly for the cold winter's morning. The walk into town was a good distance, not too far, but far enough to be a decent bit of exercise.

Seckin Best is a budget, family owned hotel located about 10 minutes walk from downtown Bodrum. It doesn't pretend to be a resort - the rooms are small but functional. With the A/C on, the rooms are also very quiet with no noise from the road or the corridor. There is a small outdoor area where breakfast is served and a medium sized pool. Reception area is clean and large. This hotel is ideal for someone travelling on business, or who simply needs a base from which to explore Bodrum and its surroundings. Staff are superb, friendly and go out of their way to make guests happy.

Stayed there for a week and would prefer to choose another place if I go again. First of all it is not very central as mentioned on some internet sites.You need to walk about min 15 minutes to reach the harbour side or main bus station. The rooms are small,no balconies.This was not so good when trying to dry your towels back from beach. There is aircondition,TV and very limited minibar. The cleaning is not done regularly,we had to remind it. Seems like they are trying to cut every penny. Breakfast was included in room rate but everyday we had a different service.Overall it is not good. There is a small pool, where i saw some children using but not something for everyone i'd say. The owners are kind and reacted whenever we asked for something but can't say they are much professional. But of course the prices are good so you need to set you expectations accordingly. If you say just a bed and room with A/C is enough ,then it is fine. But don't expect too much.
