Hotel was spotless rooms were lovely to beds comfy views were amazing. Food breakfast was great lunch we never stayed in the hotel for so can't comment and evening meal was OK nothing wrong with it just are type of food. Location was amazing lovely and quiet of a night and only a 15 min walk or a taxi onto the main strip... Staff were friendly had a lovely week only down side was no daytime entertainment apart from a girl dancing by the pool and night time was not entertainment just people singing karaoke and we went in July to. People were reserving sun beds to from like 8am but we found after lunch there were a lot more beds avaliable.

Stayed for a 2 night break. Lovely clean hotel. Large room. Comfy bed. Great shower. Large balcony with sea view. Loads of sun beds and umbrellas. Clean pool areas. Well situated - 10 walk to Puerto del carmen. It’s a quiet hotel with little entertainment- Fri was one round of bingo. Sat was a keyboard player who was good but most people had gone to bed by the end The only slight down side is food and drink. Plenty of food on offer, it’s fresh but basic. Wine, spirits ok but baileys & tia Maria were very poor. - I don’t mind a local version but these tasted odd. Staff lovely. We’d come back for a short break all inc but if we were staying longer just do b&b.

Firstly I’d like to start by saying that the staff were all great. Myself and husband were poorly while there and reception were amazing, management were also great and all of the waiting on/bar/maintenance and cleaning staff were great. The room was spotless and comfortable too. The only things that let the hotel down were the food, lifeguard and entertainment. The food was very bland and repetitive, it was hard to make a meal out of the selection. As an all inclusive customer, I understand that premium spirits are not generally included. However, the drink menu shows the cocktails that are available to AI next to the price for regular guests. What it doesn’t show is that the available all inclusive cocktails are pre made with cheap ingredients and even served differently. The menu just says included so it should be exactly the same drink as the half board guests get! This is the same with all drinks. When I asked about it, I was told that it is because the half board guests are paying for their drinks! My response, we have paid for them, we paid a lot of money extra to be all inclusive. We shouldn’t be treated differently. We don’t drink a lot and would expect that a four star hotel would not treat you any less than half board guests just because we paid upfront for our drinks, The life guard may as well have not been there. For the majority of our stay there were two different lifeguards. They sat under a tree in the far back corner of the pool area handing towels out, the pool wasn’t even in sight for them so god forbid something would have happened because they wouldn’t have been able to see! On the last few days the regular lifeguard returned and sat right next to the pool and didn’t take his eyes off it. We didn’t stay in the hotel much in an evening as the entertainment was dreadful. The same acts played in the same order for two weeks, and having seen other acts on the island, I feel that the hotel chose the lowest grade of entertainers they could find. We have stayed here three times previously with large family groups on holidays totally over £20,000. Sadly, with the food and entertainment deteriorating like it has, this will be our last stay! The hotel has the potential to be amazing. Note to management: not everyone that is all inclusive is there to get drunk. Some of us would like some quality drinks just like the half board guests. If menu says a cocktail is included then it should be exactly the same as the other guests get.

Food quality was poor with limited choices, especially for half board (HB) guests. I felt the atmosphere was like fast food dining — eat and go, lacking ambiance.   Despite requesting to cancel the HB option, we did not receive a full refund.    The pool was too small, there was no evening entertainment, and the bar area was uninviting with a dark and gloomy atmosphere.    The bar lacked comfortable seating, which discouraged spending evenings at the hotel. Positives: Friendly Staff and helpful. Towels were replaced daily. Most rooms offer a pleasant view.
