Maricosta Apartments is strategically located at the heart of the Pernera area. Right opposite it there are two big supermarkets; it is only a couple of minutes’ walk from the main road where there is a pharmacy, the bus stop and a plethora of shops, bars and restaurants. And it is roughly a four minutes’ walk from the popular sandy Kalamies Beach. Maricosta Apartments is a family owned and run business. Daily, the owners are on the scene keeping the customers under their personal care. Other members of staff are very courteous, helpful and efficient at all times. We stayed at Maricosta Apartments for the period 19-26/8/2023 in a single-bedroom apartment. We have been going to Maricosta for the last nineteen years; yet again, they lived up to and enhanced their reputation: our apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped and well maintained. Moreover, everything in it was fully functional. Also, there was free Wi-Fi Internet connection that was very powerful too. We recommend Maricosta Apartments unreservedly and are looking forward to going back there again!

We stayed in Maricosta more than 4 times in the period of a year… comfortable apartments walking distance to the amazing beach by Kalamies restaurant. The staff is attentive to every request especially related to small children. We even had complimentary fruits and vegetables offered to us. We will re visit this summer! Good and fair price. I stayed with my boyfriend at Maricosta Apartments in May. The apartments are family run and we received a friendly welcome when we arrived. The apartment was basic but comfortable and exceptionally clean. There were shutters on the bedroom and lounge patio doors and heavy curtains in the bedroom so the bedroom was lovely and dark for sleeping. The owners were present during our stay but not overbearing. They kindly brought us a watermelon from their farm on-site which was delicious. Pool area was clean and tidy and beach is short walking distance. Plenty bars and restaurants nearby and regular bus service to Protaras, Paralimni and Ayia Napa.

Nice apartments but definitely dated and in need of a good revamp during the winter. Friendly staff, great if you are a diver, near beach and diving school, or like a quiet pool. Nice apartments but definitely dated and in need of a good revamp during the winter. Friendly staff, great if you are a diver, near beach and diving school, or like a quiet pool. Restaurant called Happy is very close by and has excellent food and very friendly staff. Three local supermarkets nearby. The steps into the pool aren't suitable for people with mobility problems. Need to make steps less steep and add a hand rail. This needs to be done as a priority. Pool bar was closed and also pool toilet steps were very steep and no hand rail, so not suitable for people with a disability .
