“Great location and great experience”
Excelente service. Front desk Adam is excellent. If you are using car you arrive in front of the hotel and they will park your car, at the check out they will get the car for you also. Also Hotel is next to lots of restaurants and to a train and public transportation.

“Good location”
Good location and views over the city. The rooms are big and clean. we found the late check out very helpful. The staff was nice and helpful. We were visiting the Christmas markets so the location was good to reach more of them. Thank you for the hospitality.

“Perfect stay”
I'd like to start with mentioning the personnel for reception to cleaning ladies. All of them were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. If we visit Vienna again, we will for sure stay here. There were some sweet surprises which were a nice touch to our vacation.

Excellent service and up-to-the standard, though prices are high. But you do get your worth for it..

“Good location.”
This hotel is located well to the main centre. It’s an older style hotel with some dated rooms. The 12th floor has balconies which gives you a view over the rooftops. For a four star it lacks gym facilities but there are plenty of places to run outside. Breakfast is very expensive.
