Our room 219 was good for what we needed for what was a relaxing holiday away with family. Its our first holiday abroad and was our first time flying all great experiances the staff has been very welcoming friendly and kind, the food has been great so far I have some nickpicking with some of the food but that's the same with most people, all I can say about the hotel and the nightlife entertainment is it has been an amazing experience for our first time and would definatly recommend to my friends and family we are here until Friday and will enjoy our last days here at the mayfair thank you for having us. We had the best holiday here the entertainment was fantastic from early morning throughout the day and the evening too Christina and Noah where exceptionally good with all the kids along side the other staff. The food and drinks where good and the rooms where very clean and spacious all the staff where very pleasant and helpful if you haven’t tried this hotel it’s a must.

“Good and Bad”

We arrived at the property at 23:50 the staff were great got us sorted straight away for our room. When we entered the room it looked ok bit run down. The floors and the bathroom were not clean, there were cracks in the bathroom tiles, mould in bathroom and dirt on the floors. With it being late we… more

We arrived at the property at 23:50 the staff were great got us sorted straight away for our room. When we entered the room it looked ok bit run down. The floors and the bathroom were not clean, there were cracks in the bathroom tiles, mould in bathroom and dirt on the floors. With it being late we just wanted to sleep. We complained the next day and they sent a cleaner in but nothing really was done floor was cleaned. Are veiw wasn't the best either as it was scaffolding from another building room 221. Also issues are there isn't enough sunbeds people are out at 6am putting towels out, then they don’t use them until late morning or afternoon. Now the good parts. The staff all over were amazing a special shout out to Suezette nothing was an issue and she is always smiling. I thought the food was really good, pools are good. I honestly would say this hotel is a 3 star not a 4 star.
