We have recently returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel, our room was ready when we arrived around 1.30pm, the reception staff were friendly and efficient. We stayed in a standard room on the third floor with a pool view. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable with extra pillows available, my only criticism would be the bathroom while clean and efficient could do with a refresh. We found breakfast to be very good, everything from cereals, fruit, yoghurt, freshly cooked omelettes and a full cooked option. The hotel was busy but we found the queues acceptable, the staff were all friendly and quick at removing dirty plates etc. The pool area was nice and not too busy, probably due to the time of year, plenty beds available. The bar prices were fine with a good selection of cocktails etc. Overall we really enjoyed our stay with one mark deducted for the bathroom, we would happily stay again.

Spent 10 days her in Oct/Nov -24. OK hotel for its price. Not brand new but still modern. Nice rooms, but cleaning should be better. Very good breakfast, but very noicy dining hall. No free coffe availible in the lobby and forbidden to bring a cup from the dining hall. No tourist information in th… more

Just returned from a very average stay here Happy to have room requests accommodated by reception Comfortable but small double bed Balcony was very small facing another building so not pleasant to sit. We were advised the hotel was full so no room change possible Well situated just off main street so easy to get around and close to public transport to visit altea,Calpe and if you wish Benidorm. Number 10 bus every 15 mins €1.6 a journey wherever you go to Pool bar is closed however we were aware of this. Main bar is reasonably close by and prices are good for a hotel around 4€ for a glass of house wine Basics are supplied in room. No tea making facilities. Room safe 4€/day. Beach towels (very small) available but €24 to pay with €20 refunded after stay. If you want clean ones you pay €1 per towel to change Indoor heated pool spa area is €20 per person for 90 min visit. Out door pool freezing and shaded as is most of pool side bathing area until 2pm- poor build design for a holiday hotel Stayed bed and breakfast. The offering is adequate but the hotel was busy and supplies of food often ran out and were not replaced quickly resulting in long delays. There are 4 coffee machines but only 2 were working. Water for tea is also only available from the coffee machines too so up to 30 minutes to wait in a queue for a not drink is totally unacceptable. Staff in the restaurant seemed pressured and very busy it is clearly understaffed and their attitudes were unfriendly maybe due to stress We wouldn't return here or recommend this hotel unfortunately
