“Winter Sun Fun”
The location is very good right next to beach and town.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool and food more than edible.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! “5th time here but not the last”
We love it here and have been 5 times. The staff are so lovely and it was great to see Raquel again, she is amazing and helps to make it feel like home. We wish we could stay forever and will be coming back again and again, it feels like our second home

“Great hotel for couples and families”
Great hotel for couples and families. Good choice in restaurant and activities team were great. Rooms are a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. Evening entertainment was done by the same Activity team and they put on shows every evening and got everyone up

“great week stay”
great location, food very good, better than food I have had at 4 and 5 star hotels. Staff friendly especially the maids!! If this hotel had a better mini disco and splash pad / couple of slides it would be perfect for us. Had to eat breakfast out a few times as we enjoy a fry up. would return but … more

“Heated pool freezing”
Freezing heated pool that hardly anyone uses. This has put us off returning. Staff lovely. Rooms basic. Bring a kettle as no kettle. Food excellent. Won’t be returning as heated pool too cold. Would rather go to the Lanzaplaya. Strip outside very good. Loads of bars and shops.
