We went with my family to Iberostar Las Dalias. It was an amazing experience. My son had a lot of fun in children pool. Big thanks to Marta, Sara and Gara from dirección. They are soo helpfull. Also restaurant stuff is amazing, alway coming with some nice attention to my son and they offer you nice shot while you eating. Animation is very professional. They offer a lot of options for the guests. If you like football you can see it on a big screen. Shows are very nice and we liked foam party. Big hello to Pablo, Carlos, Alba, Ana, Toñi, Vasili, el second chief and a sympatic girl from portugal 👧🏿 We can recommend this hotel

“Fantastic hotel”

Recently stayed in this hotel for 8 nights. What a great hotel. Rooms and all areas were spotlessly clean and staff were so friendly and welcoming. Recently stayed in this hotel for 8 nights. What a great hotel. Rooms and all areas were spotlessly clean and staff were so friendly and welcoming. We stayed on the 2nd floor which had access to the adults only terrace which had a well stocked self service bar. There are plenty sun beds and lots of parasols. This is an all inclusive hotel - food was always fresh and replenished frequently. It can get a bit repetitive but hard to avoid that when you are providing such a range of food for lunch and dinner. Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. This hotel is well worth a visit although be aware if you have mobility problems it is in a hilly location.

Been here many times over the years and there’s many repeat clients who recognise each other. I wrote in September about the tepid food and unfortunately it’s not changed. The choice is immense & there’s always a microwave to heat the food. That’s the only reason I don’t think the hotel is 5 star. As always the staff are brilliant, a lot of the same staff, and some newer members of staff. I’d like to give some staff my personal appreciation. Alex & Sidi behind the bars, they stand out for their sense of humour & attention to detail. All the cleaners throughout the hotel, they deserve a massive thanks for keeping the hotel clean, even tho’ it’s very busy.Some clients seem to think they don’t have to take glasses, cups, empty plates back to where they got them, but the pool staff, and bar staff etc soon clean them up. The restaurant is the best example of this because the restaurant manager Hajji, is always on alert. He always greets every client with a smile, a welcome handshake or hug. He knows what his staff need to do & he’s not afraid to help clean tables, chat with clients or even provide drinks. He’s a person that everyone warms to and rightly so. Once again I would like the management to recognise the extra mile that Hajji goes and give him the recognition he deserves. If anyone is thinking about going to Las Dalias on holiday then I say you will get value for money even tho the prices have gone up for 2025. Once again to the management& staff I would like to thank you for a wonderful break.

“Beware of the Las Dalias Tummy Bug!!!”

When we booked we were excited to visit after reading all the reviews but sadly our holiday was not great. There is a nasty stomach bug which has been at the hotel for a few weeks now after reading about it on social media (before posts were deleted 🙃) and shows no sign of going. Some of my party have been ill and we have spoken to so many other guests who had been ill with it too. The local Pharmacy is also very aware, they knew straight away where we were staying! The hotel are aware but we've not witnessed any enhanced cleaning measures, nor guests being notified so they can be extra vigilant. Guests are handling food with their hands or leaving tongs on top of food instead of the plates provided and staff say nothing, leaving toilets without washing their hands and other disgusting habits. I appreciate that it's the time of year and this does happen (it did to me a few months back on holiday) but this appears to be a big issue at this hotel and there are no signs of action being taken to prevent it spreading. Christmas Day Gala Dinner was also a disappointment, huge queue to get food which was cold by the time you'd sat down. Having half the hotel arrive at the same time isn't a great idea. Christmas Day time entertainment was non existent until Santa arrived late afternoon with presents for the kids. Not what we'd expected after reading previous reviews. Food overall has been OK but after some of us being ill and witnessing the unhygienic habits of other guests we took to eating out once everyone in our party was better and wished we'd booked somewhere else for Christmas dunner. There are so many great bars and restaurants on the hotels doorstep. This holiday has been the final All Inclusive we will do as a family after an amazing Self Catering break here in Adeje in August eating out and the supermarkets are such good value. Sadly I've returned home shattered after sleepless nights from what was meant to be fun and relaxing Christmas in the sun.
