I stayed for 6 nights all-inclusive in November 2024. The hotel was immaculately clean, all the staff were friendly, professional and welcoming. There was never any problem with getting a sunbed around either of the pools. So no getting up at dawn to bag one before breakfast! The housekeeping staff were wonderfully friendly and did a fantastic job cleaning the room. The balcony was lovely for sitting out on of an evening, and although I didn’t specifically seek out any of the entertainment on offer, there was something every night, and the day time animacion team worked so hard getting people involved and having fun. With the way that the hotel is laid out, the pools are surrounded on all sides, which helps protect from the worst of the wind, without feeling too hot and enclosed, and the poolside bars were ideal for getting a well-earned cocktail, beer or soft drink after a few hours of hard sunbathing! The room was comfortable and well appointed, the lovely walk-in shower was an upgrade to what I have at home, and the food was plentiful and varied at all meals, with serve yourself as much as you like (and I did!), including drinks. I actually cannot say enough good things about this hotel, I really didn’t want to leave, which is a good thing, because usually I have had enough of a place after a week and start missing home. I’m now planning to save up for a few months to return. That dose of winter sun and the wonderful Labranda suites were just the thing for a pre-Christmas boost.

“Great Hotel - Amazing Staff”

We Stayed at this hotel for the 1st time this year 10 days all inclusive. Was pleasantly surprised at our room in the Adult section, very spacious, modern and plenty of mirrors! Nice touch to have bottles of water replenished every day. Cleaners were friendly and very pleasant and accommodating! We spent most of our time around the adult pool where the sun does not hit to around 11am - 4pm and then you do need to be on certain sunbeds to be in sunshine. We never found this to be an issue, if you wanted more sun then there are 3 other pools available! The pools were clean and warm and the sunbeds were all in good condition. Both pool side bars were stocked and a big shout out to the staff that were amazingly friendly and helpful - you really are a credit to the hotel. Food was served in the form of a Buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner, it was busy and food was not the warmest but you would not go hungry with plenty of choice at Breakfast, Lunch and dinner, and even the snack bar in-between. We also had one meal included in the Italian restaurant, to be honest i was not impressed with this, there didn't seem much choice and would of preferred to of gone out to eat sorry! Location of the hotel was about 10 mins walk for all bars and restaurants, Bus stop outside and shopping centres 5 min walk. What made this a great holiday for us was the staff and how friendly they were and a big shout out to *Yori* made me laugh every time i saw him! Great Hotel and keep up the good work - Hope to be back soon!

“Well worth the trip”

Great hotel, clean, friendly food value for money. Eduardo in the restaurant deserves a special mention, as do the Animation team on the adults side. Only comment would be in the restaurant possible having a card with “still eating/finished” on as the staff are so efficient at cleaning up sometime… more

“Birthday break”

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate our birthdays. Overall we had a lovely stay and enjoyed the sunshine and chilled out which is what we came for. Positives: Lovely rooftop champagne bar,l with fab cocktails (not included in AI) but someone was smoking weed which spoilt the experience. Food was ok for an AI, not the best not the worst. Drinks were good. Loved how families and adults were separated. Nice rooms. Nice pool areas. Very clean. Not so positives: Reception staff were very slow and not that friendly, lots of grumpy old men on the desk and it was the slowest check in known to mankind. It is advertised as having a family buffet resand an adults only buffet restaurant but this was not the case. We had a Massage in the spa and were given a price list on arrival, when we went to pay we were told the prices had increased and had to pay the dearer price. The massage wasn't great.
