Excellent stay on arrival reception were efficient and friendly .The room we were given was spacious spotlessly clean and modern. Excellent stay on arrival reception were efficient and friendly .The room we were given was spacious spotlessly clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable and the air-conditioning allowed for a cool comfortably sleep. The food was varied and delicious we could always find something to enjoy. The pool area had plenty of sun loungers and pool towels were available for 20 euros deposit. All the hotel staff are friendly and helpful and they always had a smile. It was my birthday while I was there and they arranged a birthday cake and sang Happy birthday and on the return to my room a bottle of bubbly was waiting for me. The drinks were good quality . Would definitely make a return to this hotel has we had an amazing and enjoyable stay.

Great family hotel. Value for money beyond our expectation. Food was always good in the buffet- salads, plain and some pre-done options always for lunch and dinner. Multiple meats, both fresh from the grill and in made dishes- different types of paella every day& night (and it differed from lunch to dinner).... desserts from pastries/cakes to chocolate fountains.... really the food is very good. For breakfast there's even cold cava- if you want it.... not quite cavier served at this hotel- but cava none the less. The pool is lovely (bit on the cool side but hello it's warm outside). Splashpark is great for smallies, only 50cm deep and plenty of beds available all day. Towels are €20 each deposit and great quality- you can swap every day- we kept ours for the week (a small.step to save the planet). Pool bar does drinks and food all day (burgers and hot dogs / toasties- make your own- good idea). Entertainment team is super- always something different on every day in the pool area. Shout out to the chef with the multiple masks- horse mask, gorilla mask and generally great fun Kids club was good- open every day from 10am and you can collect children whenever uou wanted. Arts and crafts every day- making pirate hats and eye patches - cutting/colouring/glueing- super skills for smallies to be practising... The staff really are above and beyond fabulous-- we arrived at 4.30am with 2 small kids and milk was gotten for us and our bag brought to our room. Anytime you went to reception you were greeted by super helpful & smiley staff. Walk down to Costa adeje isn't far-10mins to the seaside- lovely little strip all be it a strip but not that commercial. We got a super room, with a huge terrace, ideal for a 2 year old to be contained. The playground was closed the week we were there' not their fault but that was OK. Cleaning staff were lovely. One tip for the hotel, and possibly something they don't want to change but dinner is from 6.30, so when you have under 5s - would be lovely to even serve from 6.15. Went to one mini disco-kids loved it. Didn't go to any of the shows so can't comment there.

Just back from holiday spent a week at tagoro which we had booked separately and only had the option to pay on arrival (I prefer to pay at booking) got giving the option to pay in pounds or euro (never had this option before) but when booking I had it up in £ & € and never thought much of it an bef… more

Just back from holiday spent a week at tagoro which we had booked separately and only had the option to pay on arrival (I prefer to pay at booking) got giving the option to pay in pounds or euro (never had this option before) but when booking I had it up in £ & € and never thought much of it an before questioning as I’d had a long day travelling with 3 children and a baby we just hit £ which showed up in our bank as £230 more than it should have but after a little research online you should always hit there currency as if not they do the conversion instead of your own bank and there conversion was terrible (lesson learnt) though did dampen the holiday a little DO NOT FALL FOR THIS ALWAYS HIT EURO drinks were definitely watered more than they should be fizzy drinks in the restaurant were more water than fizz alcohol was same cocktails in snack bar was like drinking juice nice though pizza was the worst we’ve had on holiday so dry hard very little tomato and cheese but rest of the food was good Chinese night was very good air con in livingroom had the kids coughing all week fan was ok though some staff were so lovely which was nice rooms were cleaned daily not much around hotel we were family of 8 (2 was grandparents) large taxi into las Américas is roughly 10-12 euro Disney show and entertainment on Halloween night the fella was fantastic so funny rest of the entertainment was not good we did enjoy our holiday not sure if il visit again maybe if cheap enough

“Wouldn't rush back”

Visited in October with my husband, toddler and baby and family joined us later to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday. Negatives: poor location (we've stayed in much better locations in Costa Adeje before), not enough sunbeds for guests (especially when it's school holidays), difficult to find a table in the restaurant (at busy times), not ideal for prams/wheelchairs as the sloped walkways are the long way to anything you want to access (we ended up carrying the buggy down stairs a lot), rubbish air con in main living space with a ceiling fan in the bedroom (we tried to resolve this whilst there but apparently the air con is limited to 18'C... Our room never felt cooler than 20 on a cool day), all inclusive drinks weren't strong enough to even get us tipsy, always a queue at the bar for drinks, small stage area positioned by the entry/egress to the restaurant and we didn't like having only one restaurant (indoors) as it got a bit boring. Oh, and there was a strong odour of sewage from the drains around the pool. And kids who were unsupervised did all sorts of disgusting/unhygienic things around the chocolate fondue/ice cream stand... Needless to say, we avoided that! Oh and we also had 2 cockroaches in our room during our stay (those are the ones we know about anyway). Positives: the staff are lovely, the restaurant staff deserve medals! The pools are good and well maintained, the entertainment was good and the animation team are great with kids, the weather was nice and the food was good quality but samey. My children enjoyed the holiday, which is the main thing, but my husband and I will not be returning. There are better places in Costa Adeje in my opinion.
