“Can't wait to return.”
Home from home, immediately felt at home upon arrival, owners are very attentive and friendly, breakfast was very good, great selection of tea/coffee/toast/fruit plus a cooked breakfast, we stayed in the tartan room, rooms lovely and cosy! Can't wait to return again!

“Just what I needed!”
What a lovely, peaceful family run guesthouse! Leesa and James made me feel so welcome. The room was very comfortable, what a great sleep! Delicious breakfast and attention to detail second to non! What stunning views from the breakfast room! I’ll definitely be back 🙌

“Highly reccomend this cosy guest house.”
We visited this guest house for two nights . I found the price very reasonable and the location ideal. The room was exceptionally clean and the hosts so friendly. “Lovely guest house.”
The rooms are large and airy with beautiful views over the river and countryside, the beds were extremely comfortable, and it was clean and nicely decorated. “Couldn't have picked anywhere better to stay”
Set in a beautiful position about five miles from Pitlochry. . We cycled into Pitlochry or if you like a good walk there is a lovely route taking the back route. The location was perfect for us .
