This is a fabulous little hotel or guesthouse – just outside of Bath City Centre. We worried that it may be too far away but had not appreciated that Bath is actually quite small and found that we could drive 2 – 3 minutes from Weston Lawn to Royal Victoria Park each day and walk ( 2 minutes) into the city centre and see all the sights. The room was large and airy, looking out over the garden. There was a pleasant sitting area, with a small dinette and fridge which had lovely homemade scones put in there every day with local preserves. There were simple breakfast things there as well which meant we could fend for ourselves and not bother having to get dressed for breakfast in a more formal dining room , as you do in many other places. We were delighted to have found this place and disappointed when we returned to Bath 6 weeks later and found they were already booked up! Fiona and William were lovely hosts and William was able to give us lots of tips on local parking and how to get in and around Bath.

“Family stay in garden room and Cottage”

We stayed at Weston Lawn earlier in the year and stayed in Garden Room when breakfast was served in dining room. Now have continental breakfast in rooms. We stayed at Weston Lawn earlier in the year and stayed in Garden Room when breakfast was served in dining room. Now have continental breakfast in rooms. My daughter and her partner stayed in Garden Room and we had The Cottage. So comfortable and everything you need for a shop trip available. Loved the freedom of breakfast in room. More than adequate for our needs. The cottage overlooked the vegetable garden which we found delightful. The cottage was also good for family spending time together. My son lives locally so Weston Lawn is convenient but the welcome and cleanliness of the accommodation is first class. Rooms also provide booklet with lots of local information. Only approx 30 minutes to walk into Bath central. The Old Crown located at bottom of hill also good for evening meal. Will definitely visit Weston Lawn again. Well done William and Fiona

“Excellent & Friendly. ”

We would like to thank Fiona & William for a lovely stay , it was very clean and quiet , breakfast was lovely especially William's homemade marmalade. A lovely comfortable bed , best sleep I've ever had in a B/B. Thankyou again , will be back.

Stayed for a couple of nights as part of our tour of Bath and Wells. Not too far from the City which was a pleasant walk. The owners were very hospitable and our room was really pleasant. The house is split as the main house and the servants quarters. The stairs up to the rooms is narrow but as its the servants quarters its part of the history. The bed was comfortable and the room had tea and coffee making facilities. One morning we had the cooked breakfast which was really well cooked and filling, the continental breakfast was also very good. Overall a really pleasant stay and we would certainly stay there again if visiting the area again.
