“Amazing staff.”

I really amazed by the perfect communication and problem solving of the front desk their, Marilyn. She is amazing lady and actually without her we couldn't enjoy our stay in this hotel. The staff are nice and caring. I recommend this hotel for the staff'. Love them.

“Underwhelming for the price”

I would like to preface this review by saying that the staff were very nice and helpful. They helped us with whatever we needed. However, for what we paid, we were underwhelmed. I would like to preface this review by saying that the staff were very nice and helpful. They helped us with whatever we needed. However, for what we paid, we were underwhelmed. Due to COVID, many of the amenities they offer were not available. This includes the whirlpool, sauna, room service, restaurant, bar and mid-stay room tidy-ups. There was also no coffee or tea available in the room. I completely understand making concessions due to the pandemic. However, there were no information available in the rooms to inform guests on what was closed, or even a channel list or list of local restaurants guests can visit in lieu of room service. Also, then hotel did not seem to offer discounted stays at all despite not having most of the amenities offered (I paid about $340.00 for a two night stay). For not even getting coffee in your room, that's steep! One last thing I will mention is the cleanliness of the rooms. The inside of our ice bucket was really dirty, as was multiple other areas of the room. (Inside where the coffee machine is, the drawers). Again I understand cutting back due to COVID, however you would hope at least for a clean room. In summary, we will probably not be returning.
