Spotlessly clean, excellent breakfast, set on a quiet back street close to the beach. Well equipped modern room and bathroom. Balcony was a lovely suntrap. Due to an issue with 'on the beach' holidays, we were advised our room had been changed to another hotel. I had deliberately chosen the Victoria to be away from that part of town and its 'all inclusive rowdiness' - The manager and staff at the Victoria dealt with the issue and following calls to the agent for us, allowing us to check in hassle free until the u.k. office opened the next morning. Excellent bar opposite (Tilleys) and THE best rotisserie I have ever eaten at the end of the street (la campana) One word of caution though, the street is narrow, so transfer coaches will drop you on the seafront to walk up. Its a flat steady walk though, no steps

Nice little place friendly staff ...i enjoyed my stay there . It was clean and everything was fresh renovated. The women that makes the breakfast has always a nice smile you have wifi all over and the hotel itselfes is perfectly situated close to the sea and all the shops i would definitly recom… more

“A nice hotel”

This is a very nice hotel, it’s recently refurbished so everything is clean & bright. We stayed on the 5th floor (room 54) and you need to use a key in the lift to take you there so it is inaccessible to guests who aren’t on the 5th floor. This is a very nice hotel, it’s recently refurbished so everything is clean & bright. We stayed on the 5th floor (room 54) and you need to use a key in the lift to take you there so it is inaccessible to guests who aren’t on the 5th floor. There is a spare door handle in the room which you use to open the door to the roof terrace but we didn’t need to use this as our balcony was plenty big enough. There are views towards the sea from this floor which was rather nice. The room was a good size but sadly only one armchair and only small bedside drawers. There is, however, a large wardrobe but only 8 hangers, I asked reception for more and the lady was quite shocked that 8 wasn’t enough but gave me 6 more anyway. I also asked for a plug for the bathroom sink but was told they don’t use them so we managed without. The bathroom is spacious with plenty of storage in drawers under the sink, but the shower set up was a bit of a nuisance, although it’s a large walk in shower the shower curtain is across the middle instead of across the entrance. It wastes a lot of space so you find yourself in a very cramped position. The shower itself was pretty useless too, there are 2 shower heads to choose from but one was too weak and the other leaked out everywhere but on your body. With a little more thought it could be great. There is a TV in the room with 3 English channels and we occasionally like to watch the news while on holiday but we couldn’t because the satellite signal was not available for English channels. The room is cleaned and towels changed daily and there is a safe deposit box in the wardrobe which reception will give you a key for free of charge. WiFi is also free throughout the hotel. The continental breakfast was good with plenty of fresh bread, cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, meat, cheese & pastries along with fruit juice and coffee. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location in a quiet area of lloret de mar. Modern hotel with spacious rooms, cleaned daily, balcony looking over the rooftops to the sea. Cold buffet breakfast - fresh fruit, plenty choices of cereal, cheese, meats & bread. The staff are extremely helpful & friendly, they have gone out there way to ensure an enjoyable stay. There is also a very nice tapas bar across the road. Will definitely be returning for a 3rd visit when we're back around April time.
