“Good Experience”

Excellent ubication, all personal very friendly allways help us and the room perfect with view to the sea. The breakfast very good many kind of options for all. And conserve all Covid Protocols. for all of this the price is right maybe can put offers or anything more options but its ok.

“I love NH Hotel”

I love NH Antofagasta because it has the best price/quality ratio. Every time, when I go to that city I want to stay in NH to wake up looking at the sea, which looks like a work of art from the windows of its rooms.

The NH Hotel is a nice place to stay, it is old and could probably use a make over but it is comfortable and clean. Pros: -English speaking staff -Helpful people -Clean Cons: -A little loud if you are above the outdoor area where people smoke -Breakfast is good but otherwise the restaurant is only ok -TV's are on timers and go off in the morning, the first morning my TV turned on at 6:30 am and was so loud and scared me awake. I had to ask twice but eventually they unplugged it. The Cleaning staff does a great job but note, if you are someone that does not like your stuff touched you might not like it, they move everything in your room, like move your shoes into the bed stand, move all the stuff on bathroom counter, they even moved my jammies onto my bed. I did not mind it but I know some people do not like. The hotel is a long way from Exponor but most of them are. I enjoyed this stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

When a hotel thinks it is special than the hotel should be in more than perfect order. Unfortunately is this not the case. The air conditioning was a big and large machine in the window making a lot off noise. I only remember such a respectable years ago in Asia. Tiles which are broken should be replaced, timber when painted should be nicely maintained. So it's a good hotel with a good kitchen, friendly staff but not that special. You can find these hotels all over the world.
