“Great place”

This place is beautiful and very clean. The condos are extremely nice and beds are very comfy. Staff was very nice. A little further from the parks than i would have liked but it was a plus being away from the craziness! Will definitely be staying again on our next trip!

Great place to stay. Location is perfect..close to grocery store, many restaurants and theme parks. Room had kitchen and washer and dryer so able to have breakfast in room, on the patio with a beautiful view. Have stayed also at the Parc Soleil and that was great also for same reasons as above. Room had kitchen and washer and dryer so able to have breakfast in room, on the patio with a beautiful view. Have stayed also at the Parc Soleil and that was great also for same reasons as above. Would not recommend The Grand Beach, we were not treated like owners at that site. Room was dated and dreary. They are refurbishing rooms and we should have been offered one. I am looking forward to trying the other sites in Orlando. Would go back to Tuscany and Parc Soleil. Definitely not Grand Beach.

This is a difficult review to write. There are really good things and equally bad things about this property. Firstly, the staff is OUTSTANDING. They are well-trained, extremely helpful, very accommodating, super-friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to make the stay as good as possible. Secondly, the property is gated, secure, and on the outside a lovely complex of seven or so buildings (each with about 105 rooms). The grounds crew keeps it impecable and it's a short walk to an adjacent upscale outlet shopping center. BUT... All of that aside, the rooms are... at best "less than desirable" and at worst, a dump. My first room was so unsatisfactory that I requested a change; and the VERY-accomodating staff gladly made that happen. Unfortunately they don't have much to work with and the second room wasn't much better. The staff does the best imaginable with what they have to work with. The rooms are on the par of a lower-end Hampton flag; certainly NOT a higher-end Hilton flag. Delapodated furniture, fixtures, and equipment; anchored by a long-ago-should-have-been-replaced mattress; stained carpet; noisy (and only sometimes-functioning) air conditioning unit; clearly two levels (and patterns) of linens; the cheap (and questionably sanitary) scheme of fixed despensers of shampoo, condition, etc. attached to the shower wall; ALL to be expected in a low end Hampton or even an un-flagged cheaper property. It just was a huge disappointment in the face of EXCELLENT staff, grounds, and exteriors. If you don't plan to spend much time in the room and you don't mind a crappy bed and substandard bathroom fixtures, then the staff and exterior might be worth the stay even amidst trying to sell you a time share with an interesting bait-and-switch pitch.); but if you are expecting an overall QUALITY hotel experience, the rooms just aren't at that level. So, I have mixed feelings.
