“Great location and service”
The hotel is perfectly located, easy walk to Pier 39/Fisherman’s Wharf and the Powell/Mason cable car turnaround (both within 2blocks). The hotel is well appointed in an ‘industrial fashion’. “Perfect location.”
Had a great stay at this hotel, it's a fantastic location to explore the city. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were large and clean. Fisherman's wharf is a short walk away with all the tourist favourites and Lombard street was a short walk away too.

Really good experience overall. Staff all really lovely and accommodating. Perfect location. Only very (very) slight drawbacks were room deposits taken at the time of checkin that were never communicated prior, thin wall and no onsite bar/catering.
