“Good location and 5 mins walk away San Francisco City hall”
It was very good location , it just 10 mins walk away from Union Square with many shops. If you want to go to city hall, also just less than 10 mins walk. The hotel just been renew, so everything is perfect. The staff is so nice to let me check in early as it was bad weather and i got no umbrella .… more

“... like a brand new hotel!!”
Lobby renovation complete, it's stunning and elegant, as are the rooms, everything is brand new! Love the convenience of Mel's Kitchen right nextdoor, and a Walgreens just 2 blocks away. We took 38 bus on O'Farrell to Union Square, took only 5 mins, catch it across Van Ness next to the Tesla store … more

“enjoyed my stay”
Location was the main reason why we booked this hotel. Near to a lot of places like food, attractions and transit. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here, it was just 3 nights and most of the time, I was out and would only go here to sleep. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

“It’s nicely renovated but in a run down location”
Spent a few nights on business trip at the Courtyard Marriot. As a Bonvoy member, my benefits were not offered on presentation of my membership.
