“Perfect resort for our families trip to celebrate our daughter’s wedding”

Beautiful resort with great views and amazing food. Loved the room and the view of the ocean. The food at each of the restaurants did not disappoint. Would most definitely return to this location. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The break wall made for a nice area to swim and snorkel!

Christian was an absolute blast! Best energy of any hotel worker I’ve had the pleasure of meeting! Also, the cleaners go above and beyond to make sure the rooms are cleaned and organized when you come back to your room! The coffee is delicious and the beach is an absolute vibe! I had a great time!

We stayed at this resort for 17 days, and had the most wonderful time. We stayed in a Preferred King Swim Out Room. It was so nice having our own little piece of paradise. We used this space every single day. Bar and food service were both available to us. Being preferred we did all our lunches, all breakfasts with the exception of 2 at the Oceana. A great spot with a nice view of the Marina. All of the staff there, Teresita, Julian, Bradley, Jose, David, Alma, Fernanda and Alpha, went beyond our expectations in service, and always with a smile on their faces. I hope I didn’t leave out anyone as they were all excellent. They presented us with a cake on our last breakfast. We dined at all the restaurants at the resort, and the service & food were both excellent. We had our laundry done twice during our stay requesting express so it was back within 4 hours. Myriam, and Paulina went beyond our expectations when we required a room change. Yolanda, our maid, made sure that our room was spotless, and the young lady that did our turndown service was also excellent at her job. The maid working Yolanda’s day off also did a great job. And last, but not least, the young man at the main floor desk whom we handed our room keys too upon checking out was so kind. All the staff at this resort were so wonderful, and always with a smile on their faces. I would 100% recommend this resort, and my husband and I look forward to returning.

My family and I just returned home from a week long trip to Dreams Aventuras. We were a party of 9 and had 3 rooms. All 3 rooms were different in style and size but all were nice and well kept. Beds were comfortable which I am typically hard to please with the beds on vacations. Mini fridge stocked daily with water, pop and beer. Staff was all friendly and helpful Our kids took advantage of all of the daily activities in the pool and on the beach and they loved bracelet making with Christian and Sebastian. The beach left more to be desired. Sand was hard and ocean not as inviting as other beaches I've visited. I understand the reasoning for the break wall but I think it took away from the beach experience. Restaurants were all very good with no issues getting a table for 9, rarely having to wait. Food was delicious and the breakfast buffet was plenty enough to find something for everyone. Our kids loved getting nachos at the beach grill and ordered room service for a late night snack. Lucie brought us drinks promptly on the beach and we really enjoyed the hammocks. Chairs were not readily available but we typically could get a few together as the day went on. The bar near the natural pool with the swings was nice and a great place to sit and enjoy the ocean. This resort is approx 1hr 10 mins from the Cancun airport. We did walk around off the resort to the little shops and got gelato at a café while looking at the dolphins and manatees nearby.
