“Business Conference done right.”
I went there for a conference and I was completely helped from the moment I stepped out of the car and handed my key to the valet. “Outstanding Staff!”
The staff, especially Shaheed, were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We came, in part, to see Joffrey Ballet, and enjoyed Shaheed's sharing our enthusiasm for the Arts and beautiful Chicago. The hotel is lovely, the people working there are superb!
